Meet the team

From co-workers to co-founders, Louis and Richard first worked together in 2015, and now their journey has come full circle. United by a shared belief that recruitment can be a force for good, they are driven to ensure that every placement contributes to a better working world.

Louis Eastwell

Joint Managing Director

Louis has recruited in partnership with charities, NGOs and purpose-led organisations of all shapes and sizes for over a decade, and is committed to appointing the right people with impact, equity, and longevity at the heart of every process. With a deep and extensive network of passionate professionals, Louis is also an Associate with Fair Collective, and has also worked within the charity sector throughout his career. Louis is also a long-standing Mentor to aspiring professionals and graduates as part of The Charityworks Programme. In his spare time, Louis can be found cycling on two wheels, or behind two turntables.

Richard Arthur

Joint Managing Director

Richard’s recruitment career spans 25 years working for multi-national and independent recruitment firms. In 2017 he founded and scaled a recruitment business which he also took through the B-Corp journey, and he has led teams of up to 20. Richard has worked closely with a variety of clients on complex and multi-faceted recruitment strategies including temporary workforce planning, employee value propositions (EVP) and diversity hiring initiatives. With a significant amount of his recruitment experience being in the purpose driven space, Richard is deeply consultative, passionate and committed to raising standards in the recruitment industry as well as supporting a wide range of organisations through their growth journey. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Recruiters and has a Diploma in Recruitment Management.
